Having problems activating?

The activation code that we generate for you is based entirely on the Customer Code you send us.

If the activation code we generated and sent to you does not work, it is because the Customer Code we used to generate the activation code does not match the Customer Code on your computer.

If the above is the case, resend us your Customer Code. Make sure to send us your *EXACT* Customer Code (capitalization, spaces, punctuation etc must be EXACT).

Also, the first time you start the software it prompts you to enter your Business Name(which is then used for your Customer Code). If the software expired and you did not enter your Business Name, you may have problems activating. In that case contact support and we will get it activated for you.
