Steps to obtaining a RemoteHelp Session:

1. Purchase a RemoteHelp session (new customers receive 1 complimentary RH Session which expires 1 month after purchase).
2. Log a Support Ticket requesting a RemoteHelp Session. Please include 2 dates and times that you will be available.
3. A technician will reply to your Support Ticket confirming a Date and time for your RemoteHelp Session.
4. At that date/time, click the link below to start your RemoteHelp Session.

RH sessions are no longer than 30 minutes in length.
Important: Please do not miss your RH session appointment. Your technician will wait no longer than 15 minutes.

It is required that during the RemoteHelp session, you be in front of your computer at all times so that you can respond to any chat communication from the technician.
